ynotnatural.co.uk is aiming to supply a global service. All deliveries will be dispatched from Derbyshire in the UK, on the next business day after payment has been processed. In order to supply the widest variety of delivery options, ynotnatural.co.uk has elected to use the services of Royal Mail.

International deliveries are sent by airmail, UK deliveries are sent by first class Royal Mail, both are calculated by the weight of the products ordered:

International Charges:  0-0.49kg: £6.00,  0.5-0.74kg: £8.00,  0.75-0.99kg: £9.00,
1.00-1.24kg: £11.00,  1.25-1.49kg: £13.00,  1.50-1.74kg: £15.00,
1.75-1.99kg: £17.00,  2.0kg: £19.00.
UK Charges:  0-0.49kg: £1.70,  0.5-0.74kg: £2.20,  0.75-0.99kg: £2.70,
1.00-1.24kg: £4.74,  1.25-1.49kg: £5.59,  1.50-1.74kg: £6.44,
1.75-1.99kg: £7.29,  2.0kg: £8.14.

Deliveries to the UK including Northern Ireland will aim to be delivered the following business day after posting.

Deliveries to all other destinations will be via Airmail which will  leave the UK on the earliest possible flight. The cost of shipping includes compensation to a goods value of £32 but extra insurance can be purchased for an additional £1.50 you may increase the cover to a minimum £250. This service aims to deliver 5 working days after posting.

With Airmail Deliveries the maximum weight of a parcel must be 2kg.  Anything in excess of this would have to be split into smaller multiple parcels. We have allowed options for the additional insurances in the “products” section and you will need to select the appropriate option.  It will not be automatically added.
